Complaints Portal

At Avantio (Internet Tourism Solutions, SLU), we are committed to integrity, transparency, and excellence in all our operations. We recognise the importance of fostering an environment where collaboration, knowledge, and forward-thinking are not only core values, but principles that guide our daily actions. We understand that, in order to maintain and nurture these values, it is essential to establish channels that allow open and honest communication. We therefore present our Complaints Portal, a secure, confidential platform designed for employees, individuals, suppliers, and any interested party wishing to report any possible irregularity or breach of Avantio’s code of ethics.

This Portal is not the appropriate channel for customer complaints. If you wish to contact our customer service team, please do so via the channels provided within the VRMS or the form on our Contact Page.

The complaint can be carried out through identification of the informant (complainant), or even anonymously. Please note that if you opt for anonymity, the informant will not be able to receive information on the evolution of the report, but will only be able to see its progress and status, by directly accessing the tracking option with the ID that will be provided at the end of the submission of the Information (Complaint).

Both the informant and the persons affected by the complaint have the right to the preservation of their identity, under the terms provided in Article 32 of Law 2/2023 of 20th February. Furthermore, informants have a series of rights, when the information they provide complies with the requirements of Articles 2 and 35 of this Law, including the prohibition of reprisals (article 36). Consider also the measures of support and protection against reprisals that the Law includes in its Articles 37 and 38.

It is essential to understand that the communication or public disclosure of information knowing that it is false is considered a very serious infringement. Law 2/2023 of 16th February stipulates fines ranging from 30,001 to 300,000 euros for individuals who engage in such conduct [Articles 63.1.f) and 65.1.a)].

At Avantio, we value and protect the integrity of our community. Through this channel, we reaffirm our commitment to an ethical and responsible work environment, inviting everyone to contribute to the preservation of our high standards.
