And all the hard work has paid off! We have been awarded with the title of the Best Property Management System in 2021.
This year we have won two important awards, after going through a tough filtering process made by short term rental global experts and renowned associations, and have passed the test from among other global PMS softwares.

Shortyz Awards 2021
Led by Paul Stevens, the Shortyz Awards, as he mentions, is becoming ¨the oscars of the industry¨ , where you can find all of the short term rental stakeholders that support this growing hospitality category with an estimated revenue forecast of $113.9 billion by 2027 as stated by Shottermrentalz.
Vacation rental operators, technology providers, channel managers, PMS, OTA´s and accommodation booking platforms, interior designers, property professionals, accommodation owners and many more are among the participants.
This year the Shortyz included a panel of 12 expert judges which included tech companies, short term rental associations, property managers with influential personalities such as Terry White, Simon Lehmann, Damian Sheridan, Carlos Villaro Lassen, Shomik Panda and many more.

VRMB Keystone Awards 2021
The VRMB Keystone Awards led by Matt Landau was thought out to be a resource to create awareness of the vast market of vacation rental technology providers that have been emerging in the past years.
Even though the research, headed by Terry White a.k.a Vacation Rental Software Guy, was merely meant to demo each and every property management system globally, this year they delved into the third party ancillary tools arena.
Most importantly, the project is completely unbiased, and is based upon the feedback from thousands of property managers, making this award quite special.
