Short Stay Summit in London, United Kingdom on 14th September 2021
First offline event we attended this year. We started off strong with participation in Short Stay Summit, one of the leading European vacation rental events, where one of the most inspiring leaders working in the short-term rental industry met to present new advancements and discuss the challenges and opportunities arising with the new post-pandemic market conditions.
Cesar Augusto, the Head of Partnerships in Avantio, participated in the Workshop Talk “How is Tech Powering the Future of the Short Term Rental Industry?” with Simon Lehmann as moderator.
Vacation Rental World Summit in Annecy, France on 16th September and 17th September 2021
Benjamin Gosset and Anthony Torrisani from Avantio’s Business Development France team attended Vacation Rental World Summit in Annecy, France.
It was an event full of networking and learning hosted by Antonio Bortolotti. This year the event had a new format: roundtables, on-stage sessions and live Q&A in order to provide maximum safety for all the attendees.

Event Avantio + Aptur in Benidorm, Spain on 30th September 2021
In order to reactivate the sector’s face-to-face vacation rental events in the Valencian Community, Avantio organized this appointment of the holiday industry to get closer to the Property Managers.
The event brought you an informative and formative day about the new and innovative services that Avantio and its partners: Booking.com, Europ Assistance and APTUR have developed to improve the work of hundreds of Property Managers in the area.
Emilio Torrent Artacho, the Head of Business Development Spain in Avantio, presented the talk “New planning of Revenue: update your prices with one click” to give a couple of helpful tips about how to attract new customers and increase the profitability and performance of short-term rental businesses.
TTG Travel Experience in Rimini, Italy from 13th October till 15th October 2021
TTG Travel Experience Experience is Italy’s leading B2B show for the promotion and marketing of short-term rental and tourism industry.
Our focus during this trade show was to raise awareness about how connections to portals such as Dormoa, Google Vacation Rentals and Homes & Villas by Marriott International are important both in terms of increasing occupancy and profitability.
