We use the tool Bizneo to record our working hours and to request absences. Every employee has their own profile on this platform, associated with their team and manager or team leader, who supervises the absence requests and hours input.

You have a 15% discount on online private lessons in additional languages with ASTEX: French, Italian, German… Voucher 10 h of lessons with a native teacher: 270€ instead of 320€.

Health insurance with Adeslas
Get premium health insurance with wide coverage at a reduced price – approximately €42.16/month is deducted automatically from your pay.
You will join the health insurance with pre-existing conditions. Check more info in the Confluence guide.
Bueno Bootcamp
Bueno carries out outdoor sports meetings and yoga sessions around Valencia – a great way to meet new people and stay active!
For being an Avantio employee, you have a 15% discount on the monthly membership and session vouchers. There’s also a free trial.

EGYM Fitness Valencia Lab
By belonging to the Avantio team, you have a direct discount of 29% on the monthly rate of EGYM Fitness Valencia, a very complete gym 500 meters from the office! The normal monthly price is €69.90/month, and for working at Avantio, you will pay €50.90/month.
How to apply the discount? At the time of the registration, you have to show some identifying information that indicates you work at Avantio (corporate email, for example). To take advantage of the discount, registration has to be done in person at the gym.
Online Physical Therapy with Tepy
Tepy is an AI-based application designed for the treatment of musculoskeletal pain and postural health. It can create personalized muscle pain treatment programs throughout the AI, based on your inputs and needs.
Avantio employees have a 30% discount on the premium monthly or yearly plans. Both of them have a 14-day free trial period.
MyRealFood App
Access one of the most popular platforms for taking care of your health while building community. By belonging to Avantio you can enjoy discounts on their monthly and annual plans:
- Monthly plan: 6,99€/month with the discount (11,99€ is the normal price)
- Annual plan: 29,99€/year with the discount (59,99€ is the normal price)
Healthy Poke
You can enjoy a 15%-discount on their entire menu! Only for pick-up orders at their restaurants (Gran Vía Marqués de Turia and C/ San Vicente), or delivery orders in Valencia capital. They don’t deliver to Avantio.
Lassal
We have a smart fridge in the kitchen with healthy and balanced dishes ready for eating. There are starters, main courses, and desserts, and the prices vary between 2,50€ – 6€.

Talent Reward Program

It is an online platform that facilitates tax management for individuals.
By belonging to the Avantio team, you have a direct discount of 20% on all their annual plans: from 28€/year in the basic plan to 52€/year in the most complete plan with the discount applied.

- At the Box Office: Present your corporate Avantio email to have the discount applied.

Wednesday Breakfasts
One Wednesday per month or every two months, we host a Wednesday Breakfast at the office. A member of the team gives a talk and a presentation about a topic of their specialty or interest that can benefit the rest of the team.
They start at 8 am, and you can attend in-person at the office or connect online. Those who make it to the office get to enjoy a delicious breakfast after the talk! 😉
