Terms and Conditions of Avantio’s Offer

 

Promotion Period

The promotion is valid for prospects who complete the Demo Request form between July 1st, 2025 and July 20th, 2025.

Offer Details and Voucher Application

This offer provides two months free for new customers, specifically the July and August monthly fees. The new customer will start paying the monthly fee from September 2025.

  • Application of the offer: This promotion is applicable only to the monthly fee of Avantio’s service. It does not apply to activation fees, onboarding, or any other one-off products or services.

Geographic Scope

This promotion is available globally.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The property manager interested in this offer will access the offer by requesting a demo through the Demo Request form on our website in any of the six available languages. This must be completed within the promotion period.
  • This offer is available exclusively to property managers who are not existing clients of Avantio.
  • To benefit from the offer, the contract must be signed by July 31st, 2025.
  • The promotion does not apply to leads who have already submitted a demo request in 2025.
  • It also does not apply to leads with any ongoing communication with a member of the Avantio sales team during 2025.

Usage Limitation

Only one discount offer is applicable per company. If multiple representatives from the same company request the discount, it will be applied only once for that company.

This promotion cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.

Modification and Cancellation Rights

Avantio reserves the right to unilaterally modify or cancel this promotion and its terms at any time without prior notice.

Payment Terms and Forfeiture of Discount

Any delay in the payment of Avantio service invoices will automatically void the application of the discount or voucher offered through this promotion.
