Terms and Conditions of Avantio’s “Sign Now, Start Later” Offer (2026)

 

Promotion Period

The promotion is valid for applicants who complete the Demo Request form between July 20th, 2026, and August 31st, 2026.

Offer Details and Promotion Application

This promotion provides a three-fold benefit package for eligible new customers who sign their contract within the promotion period:

  • 50% Discount on Activation Costs: A 50% discount will be applied to all onboarding, activation, and initial implementation fees (one-off payments) for products and services contracted exclusively at the time of the original agreement signing. This includes the mandatory software onboarding setup, as well as optional add-ons if included in the signed contract during the promotional period. All activation fees must be paid in full at the time of signing. Any additional products or services requested after the contract signing or after August 31st, 2026, are strictly excluded from this discount and will be subject to standard rates.

  • Zero Monthly Fees for the Summer Months: The customer will receive a 100% discount on the Avantio monthly software subscription fee for the remaining summer months (July and August 2026, where applicable, depending on the signing date). Standard monthly subscription fees and the onboarding process will officially commence in September 2026.

  • Complimentary Access to Mid-Term Platform Evolution: The customer will receive 100% free access to Avantio’s Mid-Term platform integration features until December 31st, 2026. After this date, continued access to this specific functionality will be subject to standard commercial rates.

This promotion is available globally.

Eligibility Criteria

  • To access the promotion, the applicant must submit a demo request through the official form on the Avantio website within the promotion period.
  • To benefit from the discounts, the commercial contract must be fully signed and finalized on or before August 31st, 2026.
  • This offer is available exclusively to new customers and is not applicable to existing active clients of Avantio.
  • The promotion strictly excludes those contacts who have already submitted a demo request during the year 2026 prior to the promotional period.
  • The promotion strictly excludes those users who have maintained any active or ongoing communication with any member of the Avantio sales team during the year 2026.

Usage Limitation

Only one promotional package is applicable per company. If multiple representatives from the same company request the discount, it will be applied only once for that company.

This promotion cannot be combined with any other active offers, custom discounts, or legacy pricing agreements.

Modification and Cancellation Rights

Avantio reserves the right to unilaterally modify or cancel this promotion, its benefits, and its terms at any time without prior notice.

Payment Terms and Forfeiture of Discount

The core condition of this promotion relies on timely fulfillment of financial obligations. Any delay in the payment of the activation invoices or subsequent Avantio service invoices will automatically and immediately void the application of all discounts and promotional benefits offered through this campaign. Regular standard pricing will be applied retrospectively in the event of default.
