Avantio pricing depends on the number of accommodations you manage. Prices start at €15 per accommodation with a €295 minimum monthly fee based on 20 listings.

What if I have less than 20 accommodations?

The minimum monthly fee is calculated based on 20 listings. If you manage fewer, the minimum fee of €295 applies.

Is there a cancellation fee?

No, but we do have a cancellation process that must be followed. 

Is there a minimum commitment or a fixed-term contract?

We offer flexible arrangements, but typically recommend annual contracts for the best value.

Can I use Avantio if I already have my own website?

Absolutely. Avantio integrates with your existing website.

Can I trial Avantio for free?

No, but we offer free, personalized demos, giving you a realistic and guided experience of how our software would work with your business.

How do I pay for Avantio (monthly, anually)?

Avantio offers monthly and annual payment options.

Do you have an app?

Avantio provides a mobile-friendly experience that is accessible on all devices through a web app.

Do you charge any commission or additional fees on bookings?

No, Avantio charges no commissions or additional booking fees.

Does the price include all features, or are there optional modules?

All plans include all VRMS modules and all Channel Manager connections. Additional services such as website design, booking engine, online check-in, guest area, and white label services incur extra charges.

Can I change my plan during the subscription period?

Yes, you can adjust your plan as your business evolves.

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes, credit card payments are accepted.

Do you work with Kit Digital?

No, we are not eligible or registered as an “Agente Digitalizador,” which is required to participate in the Kit Digital program.

Do you charge any commission or additional fees on payment processing?

Avantio does not charge any extra fees for payment processing.

What happens if I miss a payment? Are there penalties or interest?

Please contact your account manager to discuss your options if a payment is missed.

Do the published rates include VAT?

Monthly rates exclude VAT for businesses with valid intracomunitary VAT numbers.
