Due to recent changes in the antispam policies we need you to make a modification in the configuration of your domain, specifically in your DNS zone.

If you do not know how to manage your "domain" or what a "DNS zone" is please contact your technician or the company responsible for managing your web domain.

In the case that you do not want to perform this change, we can do it for you. In order for us to do this you will have to transfer the management of your domain to Avantio.

See below the steps to follow to make these changes:

1. You have to create the following registry TXT/SPF in your DNS zone:
   
   

   Domain

   *|DOM|*

   
   

   Type of Pointer

   TXT o SPF

   
   

   Value

   v=spf1 include:spf.mandrillapp.com ?all

   Note: if you already have a SPF registry created, be sure to modify it to add our senders "include:spf.mandrillapp.com ?all"


2. Also, you need to create another registry type TXT/DKIM with the following content:
   
   

   Domain

   mandrill._domainkey.*|DOM|*

   
   

   Type of Pointer

   TXT o DKIM

   
   

   Value

   v=DKIM1; k=rsa; p=MIGfMA0GCSqGSIb3DQEBAQUAA4GNADCBiQKBgQCrLHiExVd55zd/IQ/J/mRwSRMAocV/hMB3jXwaHH36d9NaVynQFYV8NaWi69c1veUtRzGt7yAioXqLj7Z4TeEUoOLgrKsn8YnckGs9i3B3tVFB+Ch/4mPhXWiNfNdynHWBcPcbJ8kjEQ2U8y78dHZj1YeRXXVvWob2OaKynO8/lQIDAQAB;



3. On completion of the previous steps, you have to receive an email with the subject "Verify your domain for Mandrill", which you will need to re-send to us at: admin@avantio.com. Please inform our team to what email address should we generate this email in order to ensure its correct delivery.

You will need to follow the steps with all your domains:
