What are we looking for?
  • University studies in labor relations, psychology or similar.
  • High level of English
  • Knowledge of other languages
  • Previous experience in recruitment

The People & Talent Department is responsible for various aspects of Human Resources: recruitment, training, employer branding and talent and corporate development. We are a very small team to support the needs of more than 10 teams, which together comprise about 120 people.

We are looking for a person to join the team with great communication skills, hardworking, motivated and eager to learn.

What will be your day-to-day functions?

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from its publication on the various channels to the initial onboarding and the entry interview.
  • Carry out several positions simultaneously in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Communicate with various stakeholders to streamline and drive selection processes forward
  • Conducting selection interviews and technical interviews
  • Recruitment strategy: finding solutions to complicated positions, identifying what, when and how to outsource if needed
  • Communication with recruitment partners and study centers
  • Proposal of action plans to increase employer branding.
