What are we looking for?
The person we are looking for will be part of the Digital Marketing team. It is a recently created team in the company, so almost everything is still to be done! The aim of the team is to provide digital marketing services to our clients based on the websites we create for them.
We are looking for a person who is organized, methodical, used to manage deadlines and delivery times, to coordinate with several teams. This is a position with a lot of interaction between teams, both internal and external.
What will be your daily tasks at Avantio?
-Update tasks in Jira and Confluence
-Content management with an external company. Follow-up and timing of deliveries
-Managing translations with an external company. Follow-up of the same and timing of deliveries
-Mediation with clients. Specific needs, solutions and requirements
-Creating a methodology and workflow for time optimization
-Team synchronization and deadlines
-Communicative connection with the different areas/departments of the company
-Co-presentation with new prospects
