This person will be responsible for training the new customer on the use of our software. A good understanding of the general IT needs as well as the business of our customers.

How it's going to be your day a day as a Onboarding Trainer in Avantio?

-Attend to customer requests via email, chat and telephone.

-Manage these requests and resolve them as soon as possible or pass the report on to the technical team for solution.

- Follow up on incidents and ensure customer satisfaction.

-Once your knowledge of the product is more advanced: upgrade plans, post sales, module activation.

-Support the team in other markets if they need it.

-Translation of online help for new launches (on demand).

-Support in events with customers from the market.

-Support in market development and system adaptation.
