Description

The person we are looking for will be part of the Customer Care department. This team currently is formed by 25 people and six languages are spoken. The aim of this department is to provide technical support and services to our customers. If you like helping people, you are empathetic and you know how to handle your emotions in the best possible way, keep reading!

Your main tasks will be:

-Attend to customer requests via email, chat and telephone.

-Manage these requests and resolve them as soon as possible or pass the report on to the technical team for solution.

- Follow up on incidents and ensure customer satisfaction.

-Once your knowledge of the product is more advanced: upgrade plans, post sales, module activation.

-Support the team in other markets if they need it.

-Translation of online help for new launches (on demand).

-Support in events with customers from the market.

-Support in market development and system adaptation.

-Full-time contract from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (2 days office/ 3 days work from home)
