The person we are looking for will be part of the Customer Care department. This team currently consists of 25 people and six languages are spoken. The aim of this department is to provide techincal support and services to our customers. This person will work with the head of the department analysing the data resulting from calls, chat an tickets from customers.
Your main tasks will be:
-Consult the data obtained.
-Extracting, cleaning, analysing and visualising data.
-Transform data for further strategic decision making.
-Communicate with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
-Assist in making PowerPoint presentations.
-Work directly with the head of department and the rest of the team to gather the necesessary data.
-Participate in the analysis of this data and the conclusions drawn from it. Propose and participate in the implementation of improvements that are extracted.
-Collaborate with the entire team to understand the Customer Journey and assess areas for improvement.
