Ya sea con car\u00e1cter profesional o no profesional, de forma regular o no regular.<\/p>\n<p>Ahora bien, dentro de este cat\u00e1logo quedan exentos, por ejemplo, los apartahoteles; los complejos hoteleros; los moteles y los albergues, entre otras formas de organizaci\u00f3n menos conocidas.<\/p><\/div>\n<ul class=\"p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__ordered p-rich_text_list--nested\" data-stringify-type=\"ordered-list\" data-list-tree=\"true\" data-indent=\"0\" data-border=\"0\">\n<li data-stringify-indent=\"0\" data-stringify-border=\"0\">\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%C2%BFQue_alojamientos_estan_exentos\"><\/span>\u00bfQu\u00e9 alojamientos est\u00e1n exentos?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Hoteles y alojamientos similares, entre los que se incluyen los apartahoteles, complejos hoteleros, moteles y albergues se encuentran excluidos de obtener el NRA dado que no se consideran unidades a efectos del Reglamento (UE) 2024\/2018 y de la adaptaci\u00f3n al ordenamiento nacional a trav\u00e9s del Real Decreto 1312\/2024.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, tambi\u00e9n estar\u00edan exentos las ofertas de alojamientos en campings y aparcamientos para caravanas. En ambos casos, habr\u00eda que estar a lo dispuesto por el grupo 55.1 y 55.2 de la NACE Rev. 2 (hoteles y dem\u00e1s) y por el grupo 55.3 de la NACE Rev.2.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Si_obtengo_el_Numero_de_Registro_Unico_%C2%BFdebo_tener_vigente_y_renovar_el_registro_autonomico\"><\/span>Si obtengo el N\u00famero de Registro \u00danico, \u00bfdebo tener vigente y renovar el registro auton\u00f3mico?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>S\u00ed<\/strong>, el NRA no sustituye, por as\u00ed decirlo, las licencias tur\u00edsticas que se puedan obtener en el marco de las competencias de una concreta Comunidad Auton\u00f3mica. Por lo tanto, es necesario tener ambos NRA siempre y cuando la promoci\u00f3n de estas unidades de arrendamiento se realice a trav\u00e9s de plataformas en l\u00ednea.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo y aunque el NRA no tiene fecha de caducidad, cada 12 meses se deber\u00e1 presentar la declaraci\u00f3n resumen de los arrendamientos que se hayan constituido en estos 12 meses.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%C2%BFQue_hacer_si_me_deniegan_el_Numero_de_Registro_Unico\"><\/span>\u00bfQu\u00e9 hacer si me deniegan el N\u00famero de Registro \u00danico?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"p-rich_text_section\">\n<p>Tras una primera calificaci\u00f3n negativa, existir\u00e1 un <strong>tr\u00e1mite de subsanaci\u00f3n de 7 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles<\/strong> desde la notificaci\u00f3n de la resoluci\u00f3n negativa.
