The features we presented this year were the new tools that have been created by our team of technicians in 2017 to help agencies grow their businesses. The greatest excitement for this years WTM, was the presentation of our new 2018 custom vacation rental website designs.

Another feature of interest at the 2017 WTM was the Guest Check-in online feature. This tool is a secure log-in area which provides access to all future and previous guests to see their reservation and check-in before arriving at your vacation property. The objective is two-fold, to automate a procedure which takes your check-in team hours of manual work, and to add value to the customer experience providing opportunities for positive guest reviews and repeat purchases.

One of the latest features to be launched in 2017, was the Guest Area, a tourist log-in area, which includes the Check-in online feature, which aims to aid easy transactional processes, provide upsale opportunities, increase repeat visits and provide all the essential property and area information to your guest before and after Check-in.
During the three days of the WTM, we held three events with some of our Channel Manager Preferred Partners. This year we had live meetings with HomeAway, Holidu and Traum-Ferienwohnungen at the stand, who gave tips and tricks to increase reservations through the optimization of the properties within the portals. These sessions are essential for any agency wanting to know how to make improvements in their reservations, and were a great success.
