In July 2016 Traum-Ferienwohnungen joined Avantio to meet the high demand for this quality portal, and today we are happy to anounce it as our preferred partner, which will provide you more benefits and visibility.
Founded in 2001, today Traum-Ferienwohnungen is one of Germany’s leading portals for vacation rentals. The portal is a part of Axel Springer SE, one of the largest digital publishing houses in Europe, with numerous multimedia news brands, such as BILD and DIE WELT and more than 15,000 employees.
Traum-Ferienwohnungen has more than 35 million visitors annually and about 350,000 booking requests per month. In addition to their German platform, mainly used by German speaking holiday guests, their English platform is also expanding influence on the European market. The portal offers vacation rentals worldwide, but its strongest market is Europe, especially Germany.
Traum-Ferienwohnungen works on a pay per listing model and will design you a personalised offer, depending on the number of properties you would like to publish. Every booking made through their platform is commission free.

Traum-Ferienwohnungen is included in the packages of the Channel Manager (from Standard Package upwards) as an ‘Included Channel’.
- If you do not already have a connection to Traum-Ferienwohnungen, go to your Channel Manager tab within the Vacation Rental Management Software (VRMS), click ‘+Add Channel’ and then ‘Connect’ under the Traum-Ferienwohnungen logo. - If you already have Traum-Ferienwohnungen included in your Channel Manager, you may now be able to add a further portal within your package. Contact your account manager to check this.
