We would like to bring to your attention a feature ‘Providers’ Intranet’ in the Avantio vacation rental management system (VRMS). This management tool will be invaluable for any professional agencies who use external providers or internal employees to undertake vacation rental property services and is completely mobile responsive with real-time synchronization for maximum flexibility.

Providers’ Intranet Video

The Providers’ Intranet gives providers their own access to the Vacation Rental Management System, with a strictly limited and password protected view of the information which is relevant to their services. This ensures that privacy is kept for your company and your vacation rental guests, whilst allowing the providers to have access to the real-time information they need.

The main feature of the Providers’ Intranet is the interactive element of the information. Vacation rental agencies and providers will both have the opportunity to make adjustments of the tasks.

Providers will be able to:

  • Change the status levels of the activities performed
  • Add comments to the reservations
  • Access all relevant information using the computer or mobile

Agencies will be able to:

  • Change providers for the tasks
  • Change the status levels of the activities performed
  • Add comments to the reservations
  • Change the date and time of the task required
  • Change the cleaning status level of the property (Green – ‘Clean’ / Red – ‘To be cleaned’)
  • View all data in one central location in the vacation rental software

These changes are fully flexible, and can be made individually and in bulk. The information held in this section is fully exportable for greater options.

The vacation rental software will also automatically change the cleaning status level from Green to Red the day after the guest checks-in, to help agencies stay on top of the cleaning management.

Offering this Providers’ Intranet allows the vacation rentals agency a much greater opportunity to control and review the work of the external providers by providing exact real time information in a safe, secure manner.

This new feature can be accessed from the ‘Bookings / Cleaning & services management’ of the vacation rental management system.
