Avantio Channel Manager connection: Booking.com
We are pleased to announce that Booking.com now forms a part of our Preferred Partnership. After building an excellent relationship over many years, Booking.com and Avantio have made significant improvements to the ‘Content API’ connection with the new partnership status.
Benefit from our preferred partnership connection Booking.com
This new ‘Content API’ connection will have a significant, positive impact on property agencies working with Avantio and Booking.com. It will ensure easy connection processes, high booking levels for property agencies, and more detailed property information listed on the portal. This advanced ‘Content API’ XML connection will now be able to synchronize extra details including photos, features, extras, and additional services, which means your properties will be significantly more attractive on the Booking.com portal. Now you can make the change yourself in a one click process from the vacation rental Channel Manager.
Booking.com works on a Commission of rate provided by property managers on every booking made through the website by guests who completed their stay at your property. You provide your nightly prices from which Booking.com will deduct its commission fee.
The portal list in 43 languages, including English, French, Arabic, Mandarin, Brazilian Portuguese and Russian ensuring a world customer base.
Booking.com’s top sales markets are global, and destinations of interest to their clients include City breaks, Beach holidays, Ski trips and Rural escapes.
Booking.com is included in the packages of the Channel Manager (from Standard Package upwards) as an ‘Included Channel’.
- If you do not already have a connection to Booking.com, go to your Channel Manager tab within the Vacation Rental Management Software (VRMS), click ‘+Add Channel’ and then ‘Connect’ under the Booking.com logo. Full information regarding Booking.com and instructions on how to connect are given there.
- If you have an existing Avantio connection with Booking.com, you can now change to the new ‘Content API’ connection, which synchronizes more of your property details to your property listing. Contact your Avantio account manager to arrange this change.
- If you already have Booking.com included in your Channel Manager, you may now be able to add a further portal within your package. Contact your account manager to check this.
- If you do not have a Channel Manager package, please contact your account manager to discuss your options.
Booking.com has been added to our channel manager as a preferred partner in order to best promote your properties internationally, and help you grow your business. If you have any difficulties or questions, please do not hesitate to contact us by email or phone us on +1 206 4200946 or +44 2038 688 098.
