In recent months, Avantio has added a significant number of important portals as preferred partners to the Avantio integrated Channel Manager with full two way API connections. These new portal partners will directly increase the number of quality of reservations received by agencies who work with portals. These portals include German Metasearch Hometogo, German Portal Ferienhausmiete, French portal MyHomeIn and new full 2 way connections with Booking.com and Airbnb.
Besides these changes in the Channel Manager, the Avantio vacation rental software has also developed several new dynamic and innovative tools, designed entirely with the focus of supporting agencies with the management of large numbers of properties:
- Harmony is a development to automate the processes of management, to save significant numbers of working hours
- Check-in online and the Guest Area are both dynamic tools with a secure guest log-in area to provide an excellent guest experience both before and after their stay, to increase repeat rentals of your properties.
- The new Providers Intranet tool, a powerful, fully mobile-friendly tool was designed to significantly improve the communication and effectiveness of external and internal provider processes.
And we will also be discussing the benefits of the market leading custom websites and website designs, designed exclusively for the vacation rental industry. These websites are built to drive conversion and get more bookings in rental properties, and are fully integrated with tools and features that will aid agencies grow their business through their own site.
As in previous years, the ITB Travel Trade Show will be held in Berlin at the Messegelände (Exhibition Grounds). It is one of the premier locations for experts in the vacation rental industry to meet and an important forum to grow businesses.
