Following the success of the Avantio exhibition at the Lisbon Travel Market (BTL) 2017, we will be once again at the Portuguese trade fair for 2018 to share experiences, knowledge and developments with vacation rental experts from Portugal and further afield. We will be at the stand from 28 February- 2 March 2018 and our Portuguese team would be pleased to meet you there.
As always, our team will be on hand to talk through all the latest new features and developments that have been launched over recent months. In particular we will be delighted to talk you through our latest customizable web designs, which are packed with features that are created to maximise the number of guest conversions.
We will also be presenting a number of new tools within the property management software which have been designed entirely with agencies managing large numbers of properties in mind. These features include:
- SEF: A powerful automated system designed to dramatically reduce the resources required to meet the requirements of the SEF (Serviço de Estrangeiros e Fronteiras).
- Check-in online and the Guest Area: Two features which add value to the customer experience, whilst saving time in the process of checking-in guests through automation of time-consuming processes.
- Providers Intranet: A completely mobile-friendly feature to manage the change-over processes with the external and internal providers who clean, provide beds, welcome packs, etc.
And our technicians have been working on the development of industry leading 2 way API connections with some of the world’s leading portals, which have been incorporated into our vacation rental Channel Manager as Prefered Partners. These connections offer significant benefits to our clients as they synchronize the maximum amounts of property data possible to the portals to increase the visibility of the properties to visitor. In particular interest to the Portuguese market, will be the newly developed advanced 2-way connections with Booking.com and Airbnb, the instant booking feature with HomeAway as well as the portals Vacancesweb.be and HometoGo.
