My home In is the only group offering local websites. Meaning websites dedicated to specific holiday destinations versus what other more general portals do.
The inquiries going through My home In are much better qualified since people reaching us have already chosen their holiday destination or at least have a deep interest in the destination itself.
So there are fewer inquiries, but a better conversion rate. Knowing also all the destinations where we operate, our commercial service (reachable 7/7 by phone) is extremely efficient when it comes to help and convince tenants to proceed with their booking.

Participating in the Avantio conference is a chance to meet the vacation rental agents we do not have the opportunity to meet during the year. It helps create more “intimate” relationships, which is the base of our portal model. It is also a great way for us (being quite a new player in the industry) to get informed of our competitor’s evolution and to get a chance to exchange with them.
